Pinot Nero vinificato in bianco “La rosa bianca”
This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the wine immediately gives a note of apricot and fresh fruit and mineral hints, in the mouth it is balanced, soft and refined, with a high structure.
This elegant cuvée offers pleasant sensations in combination with elaborate aperitifs, delicate appetizers and fish-based dishes.

This elegant wine comes from a careful selection of 85% Pinot Nero, and 15% Chardonnay.
Production area: The vineyards are located in Lombardy, in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese at about 250 meters above sea level, with south southwest exposure. The cultivation and processing of the vineyard are carried out in the traditional way, respecting the canons of Organic Agriculture.
Characteristics of the vineyard: The vineyard was planted in 1991 with a planting density of about 4000 vines / hectare and trained with the Guyot Basso. The good exposure, the high planting density, agronomic practices that respect the plants, a careful and meticulous production method are the key features for a superior quality production.
Harvesting method: Exclusively manual with selection and sorting of the product.
Vinificazione: le uve, dopo la raccolta, sono trasportate nelle nostre cantine dove inizia la lavorazione. Pressatura con pressa automatica a polmone centrale per la separazione del succo dalle bucce,
poi decantazione statica in vasca a 12° C. per 28-30 ore. Si procede poi all’inoculo di lieviti selezionati per attivare la fermentazione alcolica gestita a temperatura controllata e mai oltre i 16° C. La permanenza sui lieviti si protrae per circa 40 giorni.
Bottling: The wine matures in tanks at a temperature of about 16 ° C. for a few months, then refrigerated at -4 ° C. for 8-10 days for a sure tartaric stabilization and then bottled, other three months of refinement in the bottle, before release.
